Draft a help article from the support call you already had

7 August 2026

A support call drafted into a help article and a short reply, with source times from the call.

The same problem is explained on calls and never written down. The next agent hears the story again. The customer hears two versions.

A draft, not a publish button

Support call to help article drafts a help article and a short reply the next agent can send. Each claim is tied to a time in the call. You edit the draft. The site does not publish it for you.

Example: a password-reset call becomes an internal article with the exact steps the agent used.

What to upload

A call where the fix actually happened. A call where nobody solved it will draft a thin page. If the “article” is really an internal procedure for staff, Walkthrough to procedure may match better.

Edit for the public

Strip names. Strip account numbers. If a phrase should never appear in help text, run Compliance phrase scanner on the same file before you paste anything into the help center.

The draft will follow the transcript. If the agent skipped a step they usually do, the article will skip it too. That is useful. It shows what was actually said, not the ideal runbook.

Limitations

Treat the draft as raw material for your review queue. Add the missing step the agent forgot. Cut anything that only applied to that one customer. Then have a second person play two source times before it goes into the help center.
