Share the 20 seconds that matter without sending the whole call

Forwarding a client call is easy. It is also how a side conversation, a home address, or a third party’s name leaves the room. The useful part might be twenty seconds. The file is forty minutes.

A share pack is not a highlight reel

Redact-and-share pack is for people who cannot send the full recording. You upload the file and mark the moments that are safe to show. The tool packages only those short clips, each tied to the words that were said. Recipients hear the allowed parts and never receive the rest.

How this differs from muting

Mute still ships the whole timeline with holes in it. A careful listener can infer context from what sits around the hole. A share pack never includes those minutes. If the rest of the call must not travel, this is the workflow.

A careful sequence

1. Transcribe the call on the home page if you need the full Spoken Record for yourself.
2. Decide which moments a recipient is allowed to hear. Write the times down.
3. Open Redact-and-share pack, upload the same file, and mark those moments.
4. Send the pack, not the original.

Limitations

Download the clips as soon as you need to keep them. Processing storage is temporary. The pack does not prove a clip was complete or allowed in a dispute. It only shows you chose those seconds to send.

Name the files by what they prove — “price-agreed,” “date-spoken” — so nobody forwards “clip-3” out of context.
