How to use a row

Play the clip before you copy a measurement anywhere. Speech-to-text fails on drug names and similar-sounding numbers. The trace will not “correct” a patient into a cleaner history than they spoke.

What it will not do

It will not code a bill. It will not say a finding is abnormal. It will not decide treatment. Those are clinical acts. This is a timed list of speech.
