Extract Numbers, Dates, and Prices from Audio or Video

Extract prices, dates, and numbers from a recording when they were only spoken. Upload the call or voice note. Every transcript line that contains digits, a percentage, a date like 12/3/2024, a currency mark, or a word-number such as “forty” or “thousand” is listed with the full sentence and the time. You can open a clip to hear the figure. Vague “a lot” is not turned into a number.

Useful for Ops, buyers, journalists, finance helpers

  1. 1Each transcript cue is tested for digit patterns (including percentages and slash-dates) or word-numbers.
  2. 2Matching lines are listed in full, with their times — not just the isolated token.
  3. 3Up to ten short clips can be cut so you can hear a figure in context.

Or use the general upload for a transcript, summary, chapters, and chat. All tools.

What this tool does

You remember “about forty.” The invoice says something else. This tool lists lines that look like they contain a figure: 40,000, $200, 15%, 3/14/26, ₹ or rs, and spoken words from zero through billion (including lakh and crore). That net also catches years (“2024”), street numbers, and other digit runs. Those are false positives you must discard, not errors we hide. We do not add totals, convert currency, or decide which number is “the price.” Treat account-like figures as sensitive.

How it works

  1. 1Each transcript cue is tested for digit patterns (including percentages and slash-dates) or word-numbers.
  2. 2Matching lines are listed in full, with their times — not just the isolated token.
  3. 3Up to ten short clips can be cut so you can hear a figure in context.
  4. 4Lines with no number-like pattern are omitted. “A lot” and “the usual amount” stay off the list.

Who it is for

Ops, buyers, journalists, and anyone checking spoken amounts against a written record.

What you can use it for

Vendor call vs invoice

Upload the call. Lines with 40,000 or “forty thousand” appear with times. Put that list next to the invoice. A year or a PO number on another line may also appear — cross it off if it is not a price.

Sales conversation vs the deck

The slide said one number; the room said another. Upload the recording. You see which figure was spoken. We do not tell you which one “wins.”

Walking voice note with a quantity

You said a count and a date into the phone. Upload the note. Those cues become rows you can copy. If you only said “plenty,” nothing is listed.

Example: figures from a vendor call

Ops uploads a 22-minute vendor call. Several cues contain number-like text. Illustrative list — including a year you might ignore:

11:04 “The price is 40,000 dollars.”
14:50 “Ten percent if you pay in fourteen days.”
19:02 “We started this in 2024.”
19:40 “Ship by 3/14.”

40,000 and 10% matter for the invoice.
2024 is a year, not a price — discard it if you do not need it.

What you get

Transcript lines that contain a number-like pattern, each with a time and optional clip. Empty if nothing clear was spoken.

  • Digits, percentages, slash-dates, and currency-like prefixes
  • Word-numbers such as forty, thousand, lakh, crore
  • Full sentence plus timestamp
  • Optional clip; no invented totals

Supported files

MP4, MOV, or WEBM video, or MP3, M4A, or WAV audio. Upload from your device. We do not fetch files from other sites.

Limits to know

Word-numbers and digits are pattern matches. Years, street numbers, and percentages all qualify. We do not classify “price” vs “year.” We do not convert currency or add a total. A mumbled figure that never reached the transcript cannot appear.

Tips for better results

  • Say “forty thousand” or “40,000,” not “the usual amount,” if you will need the figure later.
  • Expect years and addresses on the same list. Remove what is not a price or date you care about.
  • A commitment that includes a date also belongs on the promise ledger.

Questions

Can I extract prices from a call recording?

Yes. Lines with prices, dates, percentages, and other number-like speech are listed with the sentence and time.

Will years or addresses show up too?

Yes, if they contain digits or word-numbers. Treat those as possible false positives and ignore them when they are not the figure you need.

Do you guess amounts that were not said?

No. “A lot” is not listed. The line must match a number pattern.

Will you convert currencies or totals?

No. We show the number as spoken.

Can I hear the number in context?

Yes. When a clip can be cut, you can play that moment.

What about account numbers?

If they look like digits in the transcript, they can appear. Do not forward that list casually.

Does this work on a voice note?

Yes. Short audio is a common source of spoken dates and amounts.
